The ICC database provides the Central Texas community and healthcare providers a unique opportunity to use evidence and data to bring about transformative changes in the healthcare system. The use of quantitative data and analytics improves the delivery of services, resulting in innovative solutions designed to overcome existing health system issues. The ICC Data Analytics Mission is to convert data into information, information into knowledge, and knowledge into action. Analytic evidence allow ICC members to pursue effective strategies in providing the right care at the right time to the right patients. Analytic results are scrutinized by a team of experts from members of the ICC Analytics Committee and recommendations are developed and presented to Service Committees for implementation. When combined with financial or economic data, analysis based on ROI calculations can assist in resource allocation.
